Establishment of a Storage, Distribution and Traceability System in Compliance with AQTA Requirements
The pharmacy chain lacked a unified control mechanism for the storage, transportation, and sale of infant foods and dietary supplements. Temperature monitoring and product traceability record-keeping systems had not been fully established, creating compliance risks and potential concerns regarding product safety.
In accordance with the current requirements of AQTA, a comprehensive traceability system was established, covering the entire process from product receipt to delivery to the end consumer. Procedures for storage, distribution, and sales operations were developed. A temperature monitoring system for infant foods and dietary supplements was implemented, documentation forms were introduced, and responsible personnel received specialized training.
